Cynthia Louise Bissett is the vice-president of mobile operator Verizon. Her father was businessman Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. Director of an internet network business. As a child of a Catholic home, she was brought up in the Manhattan's Upper East Side. She was accepted by her parents at the Convent of the Sacred Heart A religious, exclusive and private school. The music she has always been her passion. When she was a young girl she started to learn how to play the Piano. At the age of thirteen, her first composition was written. She was a part of the open mic evening. Her favorite artists included David Bowie, Madonna and Michael Jackson. After high school, she attended New York University's Tisch School of Art to study music. Her studies did not go through. study, but left the school to start her musical career.
