Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
