The Pajama Game " and West Side Story were among the shows she played at the Berkshire Playhouse, Stockbridge in Massachusetts. It was while performing in her band for a fashion show when Ann was found through Gloria Schiff an editor at Vogue Magazine. Within the next week, Vogue's editor-in chief Diana Vreeland had Ann shoot her first Vogue cover using photographer Richard Avedon. Ann was one of America's most viewed models. She was featured on the covers of top magazines, including Vogue Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and numerous other magazines. Ann began modeling for Max Factor Revlon in Europe and Japan with Max Factor Revlon as well as Chanel after two successful years.
