Angelica was being on dialysis for the past year and a half before finally being able for the biggest surgery of her entire life, a kidney transplant. Her mom would be the recipient. Angelica as well as her mom, underwent an organ transplant successfully on the 13th of September, 2013 at two incredible hospitals located right next to each other - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale's dream to be an international star has not waned.
